When Rafiki answers using community threads, factual claims should be grounded more consistently with inline numbered citations instead of relying too heavily on a single source. **Can I search for a person by just typing their username?** Yes. Rafiki is better at understanding plain `@username`-style searches and simple profile lookups like `khaleelkazi latest threads`, and it does a better job keeping those searches focused on the account you meant. **What if I misspell a username?** If the username is close to a real account, Rafiki may suggest the closest match instead of sending you nowhere. **What if an account exists but Rafiki cannot find recent posts from it?** Rafiki first tries to keep the results focused on that account's own posts. If there is little or no authored content available, it can fall back to relevant mentions and references instead of stopping at an empty result page. **Why does Rafiki sometimes warn that search results are old?** If most matching discussion is older, Rafiki may call that out so you know the topic does not have much fresh conversation right now. **Can I use Rafiki without signing in?** Yes. Rafiki Chat supports guest access on the web, so you can try it before connecting an account. **Does Rafiki Chat work well on mobile browsers?** Yes. Just sign back in and continue. **What if Rafiki says it's currently offline?** If Rafiki shows a message like **"Rafiki is currently offline. Please contact support."**, it means the chat service is temporarily unavailable right now. It is not a command mistake on your side. Try again shortly, and if it keeps happening, contact support or open a private Discord support ticket for help. **What should I do if Rafiki says he had a hiccup and asks me to try again?** Retry the question once. In Rafiki Chat, you can send a response into InLeo Threads directly from the chat interface. **Why did Rafiki refuse to summarize a link I shared?** If you share a link and ask for a summary, Rafiki first tries to open the page. If it cannot properly read the page, it will say so instead of guessing at the article's contents. Try sharing another public link or ask Rafiki to search for other coverage of the same topic. **Can Rafiki summarize a YouTube video?** Not from the link alone — Rafiki reads pages, it does not watch or listen to videos, so a YouTube URL does not give it the spoken content. Instead of stopping there, Rafiki will offer a way forward: paste the video's transcript or description and it will summarize that, or tell it the specific points you want covered and it will research them. **Can I reply "summarize this article" without pasting the link again?** Usually yes. If the article URL is in the parent post or thread you are replying to, Rafiki can use that context instead of making you paste the same link twice. **Will Rafiki include links when referencing threads or replies?** Yes — when a verified source link is available, Rafiki includes a direct link to the original content. If a reliable link is not available, Rafiki should avoid guessing and may describe the reference without linking it, while keeping the sentence readable instead of leaving a broken fragment behind. **Why did a long link in a summary stop working partway through?** That should happen less often now.
